Move-In Checklist
After your leasing agent has received your move-in funds, you will be scheduled for a move-in walk-through & given the keys to your new home. Walk-throughs are typically done on the day that you move in to cover payment options, renter's insurance, maintenance requests, etc...
Move-Out Checklist
The first step when planning to move out is to give us at least a 30-day notice. This notice can be emailed or submitted through your online portal. Once we have your notice you will receive our informative Move-Out Packet, which includes a cleaning checklist and all the information you will need to get your full deposit back.
