Meet the Team
John Ely
John has successfully cultivated a relationship-based business model in real estate, with a steadfast commitment to prioritizing his clients' needs. For John, real estate transcends transactions; it is fundamentally about understanding people and crafting personalized solutions. His approach centers on core values such as honesty, integrity, and trust, ensuring that every interaction lays the groundwork for lasting relationships.
Over the past seven years, John has consistently expanded his business and garnered notable recognition in the industry. His accomplishments include being featured on the cover of Scottsdale Homeowner Magazine, earning the title of Elite Producer from My Home Group, and ranking within the Top 1% of Independent Realtors in Maricopa County since 2019. Additionally, he was honored as a 40 Under 40 recipient by WeSERV and hosts the Real Estate Show “Selling Phoenix.”
With a vision for growth and new opportunities, John founded Rely Real Estate, a full-service residential brokerage designed specifically for real estate investors. This new venture provides strategic advisement aimed at helping clients grow, enhance, and consolidate their portfolios, while keeping the focus on the individual needs of each investor.
Randee Brennan
Randee has been in Property Management for 15 YEARS. She has provided outstanding service and customer care in the West Valley since 2005. She has maintained one of the lowest vacancy rates in the valley with her tireless and effective efforts to place tenants. Earning herself Property Manager of the Year for 2021 by Arizona Journal of Real Estate & Business. Her Owner base has been loyal and thankful for her careful nature in dealing with property issues as they occur. Randee is continuing a legacy in Real Estate started by her mother and now carried on by her son John who is excelling in his Real Estate Sales Career.
Taylin Olson
Taylin started in the residential property management business from the ground up with diligence and grit. As her experience increased so has the value she brings to our clients expanding and solidifying her role within the The Rely Property Management Family. Taylin is a proven member to the team, with over a decade of management experience with a fortune 500 company.
Lisha Glaizer
We are pleased to introduce Lisha, a native Arizonan with deep roots in entrepreneurial spirit, having been raised in a family of entrepreneurs. Balancing her professional life while raising her son, she brings a wealth of experience to Rely Real Estate.
With a strong background in back office operations, accounts receivable, and payable Lisha is well-equipped to handle the intricacies of our financial processes. Her expertise will be invaluable as she steps into a resident-facing supporting role, where she will enhance our team's efficiency and service quality. We are excited to have her on board and look forward to the positive impact she will have on our operations.
