  • That is the ranking we received by the Arizona Journal of Business and Real Estate in 2021 as the best property manager of the year. Why? Because we educate our owners and work hard for our owners.

  • That is the current amount over the last 12 months that we have personally given to our fund called Rely Gives. This is a pretty cool campaign set up, now we are taking about numbers but we realize these are people. And people get into trouble sometimes. Good tenants have trouble paying their rent. So we created this Rely Relief campaign where ever single month we put money into this account, every single time we sign a lease we put money in, we use this money to help our good tenants when they get into trouble to pay their rent. We very excited about that and very proud of that.

  • Is the number of year we have been in the property management business. My grandmother started this Property Management in 1991, we have been around a long time, we are going to be around a long time. Because when you give the keys over to your property, you’re going to want to know they are going to be here tomorrow, and the next day, and the day after that.

  • The approximate number of rental applications we’ve processed. After looking at this number of credit and background reports, we know what to look for when it comes to processing Phoenix rental applications.

  • The amount of money we guarantee you for pet damage or legal eviction expenses. If we approve and place a tenant in your Denver rental property and we have to evict that tenant for non-payment of rent, we will pay up to $1,000 of legal fees. We will also pay up to $1,000 in pet damage if we approve a pet who does damage.

  • Although we hope to work together for many years to come, we don’t believe in long-term “forced” contracts. Rather we believe we should earn your business every single day. Should you ever find our services lacking, you can terminate our agreement with a simple 30-day notice; and with no termination fees or penalties.
